GringoDog’s has a Several different options for catering your event.

1st we need to know how many guests. Number of guests is key for us to plan inventory, staffing and even to offer volume discounts to events with a larger attendance.

2nd, what is your expected menu. Our typical menu is franks or sausages of several dozen types. Several sides including Chips, relish trays,Montana Mac-n-Cheese, Slaw, Cheddar Bacon potato, Garlic & Sour Cream Mashed Tatters, Baked Beans, Spicy Ghost Reaper Rice & Cheddar. 50 plus condiments and toppings, soft drinks and water.

We can by special request do Pig Roasts, BBQ Chicken, Pork or Beef. We can even throw a Shrimp on the Barbie, Mate!

3rd Where is the location. (indoor/outdoors). The location will dictate the equipment we need or can use for your event.

And finally, if the event is single payer or retail. Will the bill be sent to one person or will each guest be charged individually.
